The AAG started at age 4, and is believed to cause the autoimmunity leading to my #T1D diagnosis. (In my 30s now.)

I also have severe #akathisia, tardive myoclonus, and episodic dystonia from psych meds.

For me it's a walk.

But understand I am disable and a step for me includes two ankle braces and a cane or preferable walking sticks.

Special delivery already winding its way down The Hume this morning to my MIL who’s recovering from covid, not a lot of fun when you’re immunocompromised #CIDP
I’ve injured my back so the 5hr round trip was out of the question for me today, instead I’ve cooked and sent it in the esky with The Husband who’s off for a surprise visit. She loves Indian food so I’m hoping these dishes will bring a little delicious cheer to the weekend.
