Though I don't like how they sometimes throw out the harmful "regardless of politics" line, for two #Mormon (or adjacent) white guys, the #CinemaTherapy #YouTube channel overall does a good job of breaking down depictions of psychological and mental health issues in mainstream entertainment.
I don't have #DID, but #MoonKnight absolutely nails the sheer terror of a child facing the rage of hate-filled parents. I never quite escaped, but I tried and tried to hide inside.

I had no idea it was about #neurodivergence, a term I was unaware of when this movie was released and, from the clips in the video, it seems to be very well done and mature.
Not at all what I expect from Disney animation, which I dismiss as simple and formulaic.

For me it remains the best adaptation and Sir Cain the best Scroodge.
The wonderful Channel "Cinema Therapy" used reviewing it to explain how Cognitive behavior Therapy works and how our own behavior often hurts not only others but ourselves too and that staying a victim will never lead to change.
