Also turns out that Santi brought all the remaining super rare bottles of Axel PrĆ¼fer's #Cinsault (wrestled 2 out from his garage cellar and now they are mine) and one landed on our table together with a bowl of bacalao in a potatoes and rosemary concoction. Perfectly executed. No question asked.

Iām leading a 3-wine tasting in Leicestershire in January. Each #wine must be a reasonable price and Iāve decided to focus on #Cinsault
Why? A combination of price, progress and my inability to hide when Iām bored of talking about something. Not to mention the fact I live in the #Languedoc where Cinsault isā¦ prevalent.
The idea is a rosƩ aperitif to set the scene, before a Languedoc & a S African or Chilean red fight it out.

Had to come back for this very limited edition of a #Cinsault from #Languedoc by Axel PrĆ¼fer. Perfect to start the day at only 9.5%. it has a tiny amount of VA, but who cares. Alex belongs to the gang that makes #Brutal so everything is forgiven. Went great with Santi's tortilla.
