Yes 3/25 is my 1st "pump-iversary"- finally became poor enough to get 1. It's not as great as i hoped, but i have so many other crises right now it's sort of a safety net. The algorithm is stubbornly adversarial, but at least i haven't had any more grand mal hypo seizures recently- yay?

But ymmv, right? We gotta keep barely squeezing the square peg into the round hole, and ferociously hoping it gets easier for all of us... good luck!

i find #Afrezza really helpful, too, for those rapid corrections.
(Mostly because scar tissue/ hyperlipotrophy makes my #tandem's boluses so slow- no effect for at least 2hrs!)
I'm still struggling with the #CIQ "driving style", though. Been trying it on sleep from 5pm-7am (my endo's idea) but still having problems at night (bcuz the target BG setting you mentioned).
I think i have to go back to using exercise mode at night. (=target BG at 140)

@sara so my sensor just passed day 8 and I have been getting almost predictable quality drop offs at that point for months now. I think the wild fluctuations from #Dexcom are feeding #CIQ ‘s bloodlust. I mean, why else would it give me 1.08u when I’m 152 except because it thinks I’m skyrocketing at +41 a la Dex?! 🤦🏻‍♂️
Changing my sensor now. Hopefully this puts an end to the madness.
