For those who watched me crash into the ground at full speed last night, I'm checking in to say I woke up sore yet happily uninjured.

It was bound to happen eventually, and I'm grateful to have a training partner who knows how to check me over, talk to me about what went wrong, and encourage me to get up and try it again before I had a chance to decide it REALLY scared me.

Resting and working on the podcast tonight, and back at it full-force on Monday. :)

Our new training regimen is officially working, and kicking my butt. I can barely lift my arms today... But!

Last night I managed, with a little help, to kick up into a handstand for the first time since I was injured while performing.

I was doing some rough math, and with the pandemic time warp that's something on the order of 4-5 years of trying to fix, heal, and improve a skill.

Journeys can be long, difficult, and exhausting.

Keep doing your thing.
