Some travel memories involve food or drink, a way to remember the end of a journey. A few years ago, while driving down Route 46 to , I was engulfed in thick fog that made for a long ride as the cars were going a wee bit at a time. It was hours of stress before reaching the little inn. Too late to get any food, I opened the mini bar and there was a bottle of . I don't really know anything about beer, but it made me think of my beloved and suddenly everything was okay. As we lose our local businesses, we lose a sip of our past, a that was available to all of us.
