I'm still peeved that their subscription service took more $ than was used and changing to PAYG meant they took that credit and said they won't pay me back.
A very classic example of a poor customer experience in the trial.

#SydneyTrains #DigitalOpal - Transport NSW introduced a new trial to their Digital Opal card. It signs you up with a subscription which is charged weekly regardless of your usage.
Over Christmas I didn't use it and was charged over $60. I didn't understand this new pricing, so cancelled.
Apparently cancelling switches you to pay as you go! But they don't credit you back any $$ that were unused.
They finally emailed saying I've forfeited the money and am being charged moving forward.
