While browsing City Lights Books on YT, I came across a talk with Anne Waldman, Emma Gomis, and several others, discussing the book New Weathers: Poetics from the Naropa Archives. Over 800 audio tracks from the Naropa Poetics Archive are available on the Internet Archive.

I'm re-reading "Los Angeles Stories," written by Ry Cooder and published by City Lights Books in 2011. Hard-edged, atmospheric short stories about post-WW2 LA, wth a beat/noir flavour. As far as I know, this is Cooder's only published written work. I wish he'd write more.
