The fact that the #CityOfBerkeley still uses the 85th percentile speed profile to determine if a street is eligible for traffic calming is out of date. The city needs to move beyond the outdated ITE recommendation and move towards real #TrafficSafety.

#BerkBike - I still don't understand why the #CityOfBerkeley thinks Addison is a good idea for a #BikeBoulevard when Allston is right there with traffic lights at all the major crossings. #BertMtg
