14 hours later, still waiting for #CKA exam results. 🤔. It says i should receive results within 24 hours.

I'm pretty sure I messed up one question about NetworkPolicies. I hope it wasn't too big of a mess up.

Took my #CKA exam this morning.
It was OK, just my time management wasn't great and the environment is buggy as hell and hard to work in.
Using the crap remote desktop environment slowed me down massively, and kept disconnecting.

I'm few hours after finishing my attempt to CKA exam and I think I did it ☺️
I will post tommorow when I'll get actual resaults.

The #kubernetes #CKA certification is quite the journey.
The terminal cut and paste arrangements are a little unusual (but typical for Linux desktop users), and for exam results, they leave you hanging for 24 hours after the exam start time, but I will say this, zero complaints of lag and slow performance in the remote desktop if you take the test at 7pm on a Sunday night!

Kubernetes is becoming a de facto skillset for software architects, developers & system admins.

So I've decided to not do the retest for the #CKA Certified #Kubernetes Administrator exam. That experience with their online proctoring exam, the dignity stripping experience with PSI online for a cert that i don't need, not worth it. If the Linux Foundations exams are all done by those folks, I won't ever be doing those unless its required by work. In the end I still got the experience and knowledge I need and shit, it feels like it changes every 8-12 months. Nothing I can't search online for.

Here's the important part.I feel so much more relaxed and better for this. I can play games, spend the holiday time off doing something infinitely more interesting, and spend time with the family.

Some certifications are just bullshit. I'm too old to be attempting this kind of hustle for creating resume fodder.
