Just saw a cracking new #documentary at #LewesDepot by Charlotte Hill @ the #ClaphamFilmUnit about the #RighttoRoam & the history of campaigns for countryside #access in England. It trekked from the Kinder Scout Mass Trespass in 1932 past 90s free parties to the Rights of Way Act in 2000 & the High Court ruling banning #wildcamping on #Dartmore last year: https://www.claphamfilmunit.com/projects/right-to-roam. Seemingly all progress towards #nationalparks & #footpath networks has been led by trespassing & campaigning walkers.
