I'm so grateful for the amazing friendship I developed in both of my practicums with this beautiful woman. It does still feel a little surreal for us both to be on the other end of the MSW journey. I really enjoyed discussing our new ventures and have high hopes for the important and meaningful work ahead.

Now I celebrate and honor the incredible MSW journey and the people who made this process meaningful. I'm forever grateful for the support and sacrifice of my loving husband and daughters. My cohort and I went deep into reflexive work, deconstruction of the realities of oppressive systems, & the realities of the limitations we continue to face for equality ✊🏾 mental health, & human rights. 🌈♀️🔬 And now it's here! The awarding of the Masters of Social Work, becoming a Certified Social Worker & beginning the supervised hours for becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker! It was amazing & awful & inspiring & heartbreaking & empowering all at once.
