I honestly think that building a dialogue with my students is the best part of my job. Instead of "managing students", we should put more effort into building authentic relationships within schools.

Wie geht ihr mit dem Bereich Classroom Management um, wenn ihr keinen eigenen Klassen-/Fachraum besitzt?

Ich bin fast jede Stunde woanders und schleppe Regelkarten, Ordnungshelfer etc ständig umher. Es nervt hart. Ich hätte so gerne eine Leseecke, Ablage für Bücher die von den SuS ausgesucht werden können. Fächer für SuS die krank waren...usw.

Wie geht ihr damit um?
