After over one year of redesigning the stocks android app the new version has just been released. While it was mainly a code redesign (towards clean architecture) it now offers a spinner indicating background work while having no blocking dialogs any more.
Furthermore any errors during data editing is now recorded enabling the edit action to be retried later, e.g. in case of a network disconnect.
