What the F*ck is Clean Language?

@simon I also believe there’s an important advantage that using #CleanLanguage to understand #heuristics can bring to a company. Here’s my quick brain dump of use cases:
- capturing knowledge before experts leave or retire
- learning a new role which isn’t well defined
- learning from near misses in the #safety and #compliance fields
- understanding what transferable #skills you might have when switching roles

Watching this bit of the Developing Group, I'm noticing the enduring value that #CleanLanguage modelling experts can bring to a company.

Really easy to do and hugely useful. I'm surprised it's not more common for #Freelance #Clean #Coaches aren't being contracted into companies to do this kind of stuff. It's a really compelling value proposition.

#CleanLanguage (originated by David Grove) is a way of asking questions without accidentally muddling your own presuppositions into the other person's ideas & metaphors. Applications include teamwork/collaboration, healing, planning, all kinds of #communication.

#SystemicModelling (developed by Caitlin Walker) is a way of pooling ideas so everyone can learn.

I'm on a learning curve with these methods: not a complete beginner, not an expert :-)
