@simon I also believe there’s an important advantage that using to understand can bring to a company. Here’s my quick brain dump of use cases:
- capturing knowledge before experts leave or retire
- learning a new role which isn’t well defined
- learning from near misses in the and fields
- understanding what transferable you might have when switching roles

Watching this bit of the Developing Group, I'm noticing the enduring value that modelling experts can bring to a company.

Really easy to do and hugely useful. I'm surprised it's not more common for aren't being contracted into companies to do this kind of stuff. It's a really compelling value proposition.
