"majority decision basically says that evolving with current scientific information is a bad thing"
allowing the people to get #smarter is now considered a bad thing;
we are not going to be allowed to get smarter.

On the other hand, if we didn't have a nihilistic power party, the #GOP, in control of half our government, we could *legislate* stronger language for the #CleanWaterAct that wouldn't allow SCOTUS to so rule.
