So you could add 51unattended-upgrades with

It looks like merging is the default, and there is a `#clear` command for creating say 99unattended-upgrades that disables all origins except the ones you want without messing with the packaged one. https://manpages.debian.org/testing/apt/apt.conf.5.en.html
