#Cleverly stated on the #laurakuenssberg programme this morning that it is the #NHS that controls it's budget and should be the NHS that negotiates with the #nurses however; the #government was quite happy to charge the NHS for everything related to #covid.

Effectively the NHS paid for Mone's yacht, the failed test and trace system which cost £38bn, the sub standard PPE items that are still costing the NHS £750k a week and for their wealthy get rich schemes.
