So we can create a for impacted industry workers because it's the right thing to do or because it's the prosperous thing to do. Either motivation is fine. Advocating for no plan whatsoever is not. When you remove the politics from it 's workers want what everybody else wants: to know their futures are secured & that they can build a life & provide for their loved ones. polling from May of 2021 reveals a strong majority are seeing the writing on the wall & want steps taken.
