Ice cores show us that the last time earths atmosphere was 400ppm the global temperature was 3-4°C.

The earth is in catch up. 1.5°C was never a reality it was part of campaign to discredit scientists who said we would go beyond the Paris agreement in our lifetime. This campaign was led by Proff Michael E Mann, a climate scientist. Proff Mann, using no scientific data hypothesised that #Doomism = Inaction and this is the mantra of many #ClimateOptimists.
