#cll Bloedwaarden maakten start behandelen gewenst. Gisteren en vandaag begonnen met chloorambucil en obituzumap infuus op dagbehandelung UMCG. Vriendelijke en heel professionele omgeving zijn gerust stellend. Ik lijk de middelen behoudens n korte reactie gisteren goed te verdragen.

#CLL Inmiddels bijna 7 jaar deze diagnose. Wait &see beleid kan ik goed handelen. Doorgeleefd en juist dingen naar voren gehaald die ik wilde doen. Oa naar Santiago de C gefietst heen en weer. Ben bewuster geworden van de eindigheid van mijn en ieders bestaan. Bloedwaarden wel hoog .hb 7.4 vorige keer. Conditie nog steeds goed. Daar werk ik aan en ben ik dankbaar voor. 13/2 weer prikken. Altijd spannend.

Thanks for asking! I am holding my breath today, we think he gets released to a rehab center this afternoon.
He should test negative for #Covid today. His bladder has finally healed. They decided no surgery needed for his prostate issue. Gallbladder removal is healing. All other remaining issues attributed to early #CLL diagnosis.
Hubs is there w/ Dad (I'm working).
Fingers crossed for a smooth release and transfer!

This is an interesting discussion, particularly for patients with B cell lymphomas. Some interesting comments about ongoing Evusheld efficacy (not good) as well risks associated with long-term infections. #CLL #BloodCancer #Evusheld
