My current meds:

- #Duloxetine (an SNRI #antidepressant, often sold as #Cymbalta)
- #Clonazepam (a #benzodiazepine primarily for #anxiety/#PanicAttacks)
- #Paroxetine (an SSRI antidepressant, known as ‘#Paxil’)
- #Lithium carbonate (a mood stabilizer, used for #BiPolar disorder, but in my case to reduce #SuicidalIdeation - intrusive suicidal impulses)

We aim to reduce the Clonazepam and Paroxetine to zero this year (I’ve ended up on these four after a long time of trying different meds).

Mexican president's press conference this morning going all in on the supposedly viral TikTok "clonazepam challenge" that likely doesn't exist.

"'Whoever falls asleep last wins.' In recent weeks, the Mexican press has been full of warnings about a dangerous new TikTok trend: the 'clonazepam challenge,' named after the drug it allegedly involves. @nus @acwhite @profcarroll I'm having a year off, which means I will have to face the joys of #ageism in #tech #jobs in a few months again. It's no fun at all.

The increasing dosage of #Clonazepam I was being prescribed to get through the week in the last year of my last job was getting worrying, and the cold-turkey months were not something I want to go through again in a hurry.

Still, I need to keep up to date on the world of #TrustAndSafety, #Misinformation and #Politics
