I'd love for the software to utilize my HAL modems to make ARQ links with the #Clover mode, while retaining the UI and features of the software. The modes are data transparent, so I imagine it's mostly a matter of porting the data and commands to a serial port rather than a virtual IP port as it does to talk with the VARA modem.

so I want to use this pcie #nvme ssd as boot disk, but the bios cannot boot directly to nvme...
should I use #clover bootloader to boot it? or should I set up #initramfs on boot disk with nvme driver?
right now it's all in one ext4 partition with grub in mbr

@gardening some pretties from this morning’s walk. First is my very best #melon vine, growing in the warmest spot in the yard, and I’m very proud of how hard it’s trying. It’s even got a good chance at giving me edible fruit!

Next is a half-tall #BrusselsSprouts. It’s my first time growing them, and I’m delighted at how big and burly the plants are. Look at those lovely little buds!
And last I visited the clover lawn / dry garden. This spring, I thought the overwintered #clover wasn’t going to thrive, so I planted a few things there … and then the clover exploded! I’m leaving these plants to fend for themselves, and they’re doing ok.
The #tomato is a Graham’s Good Keeper.

Part two: the #clover lawn.
This little corner of the yard was just grass like everything else. Last summer, I built a bunch of garden bed frames and laid them all out all over the yard, then called my landscapers. This house of disabilities can only do a little heavy lifting! Raul and his guys came and ripped out loads of grass, filled the beds, and laid the pathways and border stones. I knew that I didn’t want to mow the little nook behind the dogwoods, so I had them scrape it too and I planted white clover in the fall and #hazelnuts early in spring.
I knew that clover was slow to grow, so in May, when there was still just a sparse handful of seedlings, I decided I might as well stick some extra #tomatoes out there. Tomatoes led to #melons and #beans, and that’s when the clover finally took off 😂
The clover is knee high and the pollinators adore it. I’ve had to pull some to give the tomatoes room to grow, and their roots are covered in nitrogen nodules. It’s too shady to be a good garden bed anyway, so I’m sticking with the hazelnut grove as a long term plan.

A veneer moth for today’s #MothOfTheDay - these seem to flit around the garden a lot, but are tricky about posing for a photo. This one was obviously confident in the clover acting as a disguise and remained in position while I fumbled for my phone & attempted to focus on the moth, rather than the grass behind (usually my signature style) nice to see the delicate markings on the wing tips and that fuzzy snout (?)

We have a mostly neglected front yard, here at our home in the Bay Area of California.
During an anniversary trip my spouse and I took to the north coast, at a hippie grocery, I once impulse-bought a kilo of clover seed. When we got home I planted it all across the yard.
It doesn't always look that good, but the bees and hummingbirds approve.
