Lead teachers exist!?! Where? Who?
These roles could be transformational in improving the provision of subject specific #clpl. This would go some way to restoring the support that has disappeared as LAs cut teams in past decade.

Been having this very conversation with regularity of late. Absurd that @gtcs@twitter.com and @cosla@twitter.com education depts insist on teachers undertaking #CLPL yet no subject-specific input is made available, unless external bodies provide it.
