Ouch. The aftermath of my little accident at McDonalds with the kids yesterday. I don't think it's broken, but I'm looking forward to painkillers once I've donated blood tomorrow.

Four and a half years after moving to Japan, I've finally managed to trip over the low chains outside of my apartment building. Thankfully there's no outer damage, but it looks like I'll have to cancel tomorrow's workout while I give my knee time to recover from that massive knock.
