🇹🇷 #Türkiye has started sending to #Ukraine #cluster_munitions of #American design, manufactured during the #Cold_War, writes #Foreign_Policy. These are dual-purpose conventional munitions (#DPICM). They are designed, in particular, to destroy armored vehicles, and each projectile scatters 88 rounds. The first deliveries took place in November, although neither side officially announced it.
