Whatever your stance on cluster munitions might be (I am not fond of them) calling those being sent to Ukrainians is hardly an "escalation"

Russian military used cluster munitions on civilian targets already in feb 2022. Pretending that this is escalatory now is literally accepting Kremlin propaganda.

Alas, cluster munitions are fucking horrible and shouldn't be used by anyone, despite this point I tried to make.

Was ist denn das Problem mit den GMLRS? Die funktionieren doch gut.

Von mir aus noch ATACMS dazu um an die Logistik ranzukommen.

Die #Ukraine braucht die Waffenklasse der #ClusterMunition einfach nicht.

Das schadet mehr als es nutzt.

Das ist ein absurd bescheuertes Argument in diesem Fall.

#Streumunition [ #ClusterMunition ] ist ja nicht deswegen verboten weil sie irgendwie unangenehm für die gegnerische Kriegspartei ist, sondern weil sie gigantische Gebiete des Landes sozusagen mit Sprengfallen "verseucht".

Es ist bereits schlimm genug wenn nur eine Kriegspartei diese Waffe einsetzt.

Die #Ukraine bombardiert/ zerstört sich hier absolut selbst. Einfach nutzloser aber gefährlicher Blödsinn.
