Europe will have to spend an extra ~€700m to get the Rosalind Franklin rover to Mars. €360m is requested at #CM22 to start the development of a landing system. Italy and the UK will take on the largest burden. But @GeorgeFreemanMP@twitter.com needs support from other member states.
