Very excited to be at #CNS2023 in Leipzig!
I’ll present our work on developing reliable representations in the talk session Monday afternoon, 2:50 pm - and new additional optogenetic stimulation results in workshop No. 3 on Tuesday morning.
These result from two fantastic collaborations with the labs of David Fitzpatrick @mpfneuro
and Gordon Smith, opto efforts led by super talented and recently graduated Haleigh Mulholland!
What an exciting and stimulating #CNS2023!
It was an honor to present alongside @AnnaLeshinskaya @morganbarense @YanchaoBi about concept formation and abstractness.

Saw this interesting poster at Cognitive Neuroscience Society 2023. Dopamine release in the striatum affects the blood flow in the brain through glial interactions. Super interested to see how this relates to cortical activity!
