A new study warns that we are on track to hit 3 degrees of warming by the end of the century. The study finds that we are phasing out coal too slowly to meet the Paris Agreement’s goal of limiting warming to well below 2 degrees. The study urges faster and stronger action from countries that rely on coal and other fossil fuels.
