After our first annual #TCCON|#COCCON|#NDACC meeting since 2019, I realize how disastrous #COVID19 has been to long-term atmospheric trace and greenhouse gas observations. But not necessarily Covid itself, but rather budget cuts, loss of key personnel, severed supply lines, unsupportive government agencies.

Basically all the remote stations in our network (including my own on #Ascension) from the Arctic to the Tropics have been offline since mid/late 2020 and will remain so for a long time.
