投宿生活でお世話になった「ココス渋川店」にて、「1/2日分野菜のぺペロンチーノ」と「シェアサイズ チキンとナッツの11種野菜サラダ」を注文。

野菜不足気味だったのでどちらも大変美味しかったのだが、サラダに入っていたナッツが奥歯の方に挟まってしまい、都合1週間ほど難儀したことを覚えている。

@VPG Of course my claim about #almonds deserves sources. I actually misremembered, almond #milk is the worst in #water #consumption compared to the other "#alternatives", as backed by your link. I had two #Guardian articles in mind, which always rises an alarm in my head when I think of almonds. I don't dare to to compare the environmental damage and the amounts of killed #bees to the sufferings of the cows. Anyway, shipping the almonds over half the planet for a drink that's mostly water+taste is very much off-limit to me.

Please, you ought to differentiate. I can only add more examples to my thread, OK. Do you really think it's "great" to substitute #margarine (which contains #palmOil or #cocos shipped around the word) for #butter? I don't think so! Some "#footprint"s may be lower, but it's much better&healthier is to just drop butter. The same with "cheese" made from cashews, which are very expensive in Europe... @vegan@gup.pe
