After days of practicing, I finally achieved this 8-layer stacked tulip #LatteArt. β
I was going for 10 layers because I saw someone do it (challenge accepted!). But I need more practice (read: more lattes to make and drink) and probably a wider cup too. π

Ran across some old photos of @glennf sampling a preview batch of coffee beans from @tonx in 2012 (which I believe was a precursor to the excellent YESPLZ). When a friend says, "I've got some coffee, want to sample it?" you absolutely say yes!

Supposedly #roasting your own #coffeebeans is 1. cheap, 2. easy, 3. quick, and 4. produces better-tasting coffee.
Roasting took about 10mins, shaking/separating another 5 or so.
That's 1, 2, and 3 covered. We'll see how it tastes tomorrow!
