An association does not prove causation. Whilst cognitive decline due to ageing happens, the longer someone lives, the more air pollution they're exposed to.

Are "professionals" who ignore the medical evidence about cognitively biased?

One of the best things I've done for my self was to write down notes about EVERYTHING you want to remember.

It is NOT about a specific , just constantly write down and document topics of your life!

You will see over time you will have those "I have a note about that!" moments. You reduce your overhead by writing things down.

You do not have to constantly keep remembering them in your head!

That's it, that's the trick!

For those not aware of their cognitive biases, hearing the same narrative over & over again can make them believe in it, regardless of the truth.
