#introduction time

I like #linguistics and #football (#soccer)

I'm teaching & doing research in #cognitivelinguistics, #sociolinguistics and #discourselinguistics, currently focusing on #gender topics. E.g. discourses on #trans people and the development of linguistic community norms. I mainly use #corpus linguistic methods.

I play football (4th division), I mainly follow women's leagues and tournaments, in men's football I only watch #S04 games. I like to go to #non-league football matches.

Love finding ways to combine interests. #CognitivePsychology and #Poetry in one book, with a fair bit of #CognitiveLinguistics (which I don't know too much about).
I'm still working on something about the use of memory in fiction, but have loads of stuff to read!
