There is a lot of hype about #coldipa these days. Like the early days of #neipa everyone is brewing one, but not everyone is doing a great job of it. Thank goodness for Attaboy Beer Cold Fox. This is the best cold ipa I've ever had. If you get a chance, try the excellent beers from Attaboy Beer.

Cold IPA with Wayfinder Beer
30% of the grain bill used adjuncts (rice, in this case), while the rest was made up of lightly kilned pilsner malt.
The beer is fermented with a lager yeast until there is very little residual sugar remaining, but at warmer temperatures, as if it was an ale.
Then Dry hopped

Even though #ReubensBrews of Seattle calls its Stay Frosty #IPA a fall seasonal, I can’t help but look at the name and the style — #ColdIPA — and think that this should really be a winter beer. So it’s getting the holiday beer review treatment!

Portland’s #EclipticBrewing is mixing it up this winter with a new seasonal winter IPA: Ice Giant Cold IPA, which replaces the company’s Filament Winter IPA. This new beer began shipping just this month, available in 12-ounce cans and draft.
