I just love this man. 😆 Currently I revisiting his method, which is breathing technique and .

I used to do this method for weeks or a couple of month maybe. Nowadays I feel that I need a drastic way, which can bring me back to the present moment and good for my health.

I keep to myself the detailed reasons, but after I write about this new in public, I feel, there is no way back.

I’m a firm believer in sharing both good and bad things that happen to make sure that nobody thinks anyone lives a completey trouble free life…. Today’s bad is being told that the spare parts to my boiler, which broke down today, and was installed in my home before the vote was even announced, will take 10 days to get here from Germany and will go through customs and have additional taxes added to the price.
