So, been playing some more Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 4. Making my way through Act 3, and the continued substory with the dog Cerberus, whose owner runs a weapon's smuggling operation and uses the dog to literally do _everything_, has to be one of its highlights for me.

A ver si este finde puedo continuar con la saga de #legendofheroes .
Después de pasarme el #trailsinthesky y #coldsteel , vi que steam sacó la saga que va entre medio de esas dos, la de #trailsfromzero (el primero de los dos juegos que la componen)

Las dos sagas que he jugado me han gustado muchisimo, de la saga de juegos que más me ha gustado la verdad. Espero que la de Zero esté al mismo nivel de historia, que seguro que si (aunque habiéndome pasado ya #coldsteel, más o menos he visto algo de la historia ... Ya podrían haberlo sacado en orden en steam 😂)
Pero bueno, primero a ver si hay tiempo para jugarlo 👍

#ColdSteel 4 is a game that struggles to find its reason for existing. So much of it feels vain that it cannot hide the repulsive parts of this series anymore. The writing feels rote and lifeless, as if the writers themselves were calling us for help from within their neverending journey. What's left of CS3's narrative ambition crumbles under its oversized cast and formulaic scenario.

Trails in the Sky had soul. Cold Steel 4 has "content".

Rean has grown a lot in CS3, even if in typical Falcom fashion there are certain character traits that he will never grow out of. In his case, the need to always try to sacrifice himself, only for all his friends to tell him to stop being an idiot and work together.

Just finished Chapter 3 of Cold Steel III. It's nice to see so many of the plot threads start to slowly come together. In many ways CS3 feels like what CS1 should have been. Still a huge game, but a much tighter script and far less anime school nonsense (though still plenty of it). #kiseki #trails #coldsteel
