Well, the coleslaw is terrific. :) We had a big helping of it with frozen fish filets and blueberry cornbread muffins made from scratch. Enough muffins and coleslaw for a meal tomorrow, too.

Dinner tonight is open-faced cheese sandwiches on sourdough bread with pickles.

To 5 cups chopped cabbage, add a couple of grated carrots, half a chopped apple, half a chopped red onion, a cup and a half plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of chopped garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika to taste. Mix thoroughly in a sealable bowl, and leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 hours. No sugar-added coleslaw!

Tomorrow we will find out how it tastes!

Sitting a a supercharger this morning in amazement as a crow causally walked over to an open space and proceeded to open up a styrofoam box of a discarded lunch (or dinner), tasted the cole slaw and was like “this tastes like shit” and bounced the f out.

I tried a Greek recipe for #coleslaw yesterday, and I like it very much. Lots of vitamin C too.
It doesn't have a cream dressing but the #cabbage gets marinated for 24h in oil and vinegar.

Nothing beats home-made #coleslaw 😋
Only found a recipe very recently, but I've made it a few times already #cooking
