You're making arguments to an attorney who is well versed in rooting out sophistry in all its forms -- and your response is specious.
It attempts to deflect attention from what you fully understand the problem is. In a word: #Solidarity.

As #consumers we wield considerable power if we do it #collectively. DeSantis’ followers will jump ship in a heartbeat if his bullsh*t policies start hurting their pocketbook. Getting people to act together, however - that’s a tough one.

Continuous #traditions: this low-roofed, thatched, stone-built hut was built for the guard who watched against theft of the esparto grasses #collectively grown & harvested by local #communities - mostly for basketry - on hill slopes north of Nerja in southern Spain. It’s a material expression of rights of #common that can persist for centuries, even millennia.
