It has a wonderful perspective on #collectivist societies contrasted against #individualism in a robust but critical manner. "countries with stronger #collectivist traditions of #solidarity (whether 'enhanced' by Marxist or Socialist ideas or not) did much better. China for starters, but also Cuba & even Russia (neither Marxist nor Socialist, but having a very strong collectivist traditions) or S. Korea or Singapore (both non-Marxists with strong collectivist traditions). Even tiny #Venezuela, embattled & under siege by the Empire, managed to do much better than the Anglo- #USA / #UK.~
