Hottest weekend days yet this year in #PuertoRico have been this weekend.

You would think that changing from government run electricity to privatized power would mean we wouldn't get blackouts. You would be very wrong.

During the 1st and 2nd years of privatization I went 50+ days without power each year. And I can say I'm lucky. This year? A dozen so far.

I am afraid of what will happen when the next hurricane hits us...
