Tomorrow is colonoscopy day (the fun of getting older!). So just know that while you're enjoying hanging out and watching the Super Bowl (or Puppy Bowl if that's your thing), while chowing down on wings and beer, my day won't be as fun. I'll be fasting all day and spending the evening (into the night) making the bathroom my new man cave! 🧻🚽

in other news.... so far my day of liquid only diet is going just fine. i slept in late. i took care of a catsit uptown while drinking my black coffee. (yuck, i'll be happy to get my sown oat creamer back!) and while watching the world cup and now saints game, gummy bears are saving the day! and various broths. i'm not even hungry.

maybe i should do this more often! (not the colonoscopy, but taking solid food breaks.) who knew knorr chicken bouillon tasted so good on its own? #colonoscopyprep
