They are falling over themselves trying to defend rate increases for Xcel Energy, using nonsensical arguments like Xcel has to increase rates on natural gas despite record profits because the profits are generated by investments in clean energy which means they are using less natural gas

@dmoser #transportation is a public good, so we do it so poorly in the #USA. In Denver, #RTD-Denver increases prices, provides too few parking spots, overly crowded vehicles and really long trips if you have to make connections and they wonder why they have a ridership problem. Of course #Coloradoans voted for yet another tax cut this year. WTF? #DeathFromAThousandCuts
