The #ColoradoRiverDrought is the worse in over 1200 years. Laws are important but without enforcement of them, don't do much. We need to get busy with mitigation and conservation. If there were a national action plan to implement government use of tax payers own money. One good way to help the #WaterCrisis can be rainwater capture should be offered to working class American taxpayers. Planting trees along shorelines and agriculture growing techniques, #LowCarbonFootprint landscaping ect.
