@doctormo @hughsie Here someone with a #ColorHug 1 too and same problem as you some days ago, doesn't know about DisplayCal, I'll give it a try.

Finally got my desktop monitor colour corrected using the original #ColorHug 1, it was quite difficult with lots of dead ends; bits of code that have been left around like landmines, promising functionality, but have been depreciated without removal.

Gnome control center? Broken. colorhug-cmd? deprecated. colorhug-flash? http 404. fwupd? colorhug not recognised. DisplayCAL? python2. DisplayCal-py3? wxWidgets broken.

Finally though, there is a DisplayCal #flatpak which did work.

Does anyone have a working ColorHug2 unit they're willing to part with?

I don't need to color-calibrate my displays, but it wouldn't be a bad idea for my map/data work.
