I had two phonecalls today, both were awesome and made me giddy, one made me dig through my drawer of original drawings and paintings where I found an aweful old sketch, that I forcefully erased and then euphorically drew a fox over. Giddy, I tell you, giddy!!! 😂❤️

A #ConcertinaBooklet cut from an A4 sheet of caertridge paper. It's quite complicated keeping it folded and still having all the drawings the same way up.

It's done! I've been playing a lot of Pokémon GO in the last 18 months or so. It started as an attempt to get Mr 5 to go for a walk, but later it became a part of coping with… stuff.
There's been times in the last 12 months in particular where it's been a kind of anchor while things were especially hard. When some of it was really hard it helped to just walk, and walk, and catch Pokémon.

I can’t post much art right now because two projects are secret until gifted, but I’ve embarked on a non-secret tutorial by Bonny Snowdon: a wolf in #colouredpencil on Pastelmat, using a reference photo by Susan Richardson. A few hours in, and an ear emerges :)

I had some trouble with the white paint used on this, it was thin, took forever to dry, and I'm not entirely convinced that it's not just poster paint.
Either way though I had fun. I used pencils for most of Omori and then acrylics for the black background and the eyes.
