I called Xfinity after I finally saw my bill online. After 21 days the online bill still shows my account as it was on 1/6, with all the equipment in place. Calling to a customer rep they can see my changes, but I cannot. Xfinity is broken. Online, they constantly and repeatedly lie to you.

There is a store close by now, and we went there. After roughly an hour wait, we were speaking to a person. They explained that the bill was fixed by 1/7 and could not be changed (REALLY???) and that we now had a credit. My thoughts are that they do this to lock in customers they think may leave. 3/

So #comcast is no less than a common thieve, In my case, my monthly bill ran ~ $200. I cancelled my service on the 30th, and one is always billed a month in advance. So, my bill that I paid in December was for January to February service. As I cancelled my service on December 30, they really owe me a refund of ~ $200. These thieves sent me a statement showing they would only be refunding me $50 of the ~$200 that I paid them. I would be willing to bet that they steal the $30 from the US Government that they received in December for my #ACP benefit that they didn't apply to my bill. I cancelled my service because they didn't apply the $30 ACP to my bill, and told me the US Government didn't send them these funds, which I've had been in program for ~ a year. They also didn't apply my $10 discount for autopay and told me it was because I paid my bill partial (early) but they still auto deducted from my bank account the remainder balance on my normal pay date.
