We've bought 2 kg of dates from the last trip so now I'm trying different recipes involving dates. They're really sweet and fresh. Today I've baked a dates and walnuts pie. It was a bit dry, so I might need to modify the recipe. My friend gave me this recipe and I already found a variation of it online that seems more mushy.
