The show moved in 2022 from its long-time base in Kendal a little further into the Lakes District, right beside the majestic Lake Windermere, taking up numerous venues around Bowness-On-Windermere - with guests like Gilbert Hernandez, Posy Simmonds, Alison Bechdel, Greg Rucka, Bill Morrison, Rachael Smith and many more.

The Lakes International Comic Art Festival (or #licaf) is one of the UK’s prestige comic con, wholly dedicated to comics and comic illustration (none of your Funko POP! pish at this show!!), and manages to attract some of the highest level talent from across the globe as guests.
